Finnish white pages comes to interactive TV
NumeroNetti, a Finnish online white pages directory service, is now available on TV.
The directory is available on Suomen 3KTV's cable TV and broadband TV networks and allows customers to search for phone numbers and owners of the phone numbers using their remote control. The service also allows the viewers to send SMS messages to mobile phone numbers. The service is billed to the customer through invoices integrated with the cable or IP TV service.
NumerNetti is using Sofia Backstage, a solution by interactive TV solutions developer Sofia Digital, to offer the service simultaneously on cable TV and on IP TV.
